Privacy

When you call or email, we use your contact details and what you tell us only to provide the service you ask for. We do not sell your information. If this site uses analytics (for example Google Analytics), it collects standard, aggregated usage data to help us improve the site; it is not used to identify you personally.

Verification of ownership

For everyone's protection, we verify identity and proof of ownership, residence or authorization before opening any home, business, safe or vehicle, or making keys. We may decline a job where that cannot be established.

Quotes and pricing

We do not publish fixed prices because the right number depends on the hardware, the situation and the time of day. Any figure we give before seeing the job is an estimate; the binding total is the written quote you approve before work starts.

Arrival times

Arrival windows are honest estimates based on our location and traffic, not guarantees. We do not promise a fixed number of minutes.

Honest limits

Some vehicles require dealer-only key programming, some safes must be drilled and then repaired, and some electronic access work requires a licensed low-voltage contractor. We identify these cases and will not promise work we cannot properly complete. Scenarios and examples on this site are illustrative, not accounts of specific customers.

Licensing

Locksmiths in California are regulated by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) under the California Locksmith Act (Business & Professions Code §6980 et seq.). 24/7 Royal Locksmith holds BSIS Locksmith Company license LCO 7827, verifiable on the state license database.
